I can't open a file I downloaded.

Many of the files on the website are in Adobe PDF format. These files require that Adobe's FREE Acrobat Reader to be installed on your computer. If you don't have the Adobe Acrobat Reader, go to: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
