Why can't I download or open the file(s) I've downloaded?

There are two kinds of files utilized on this site: pdf's and zip's. They require special tools to open and read. PDF files are open using the free Adobe Reader which can be obtained at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
ZIP files require programs such as WinRar, available at www.download.com (search for WinRar) or SecureZip, at www.securezip.com.
